Pastor Melissa Ehrhardt
Pastor Melissa Ehrhardt comes to us from Minnesota where she served as senior pastor over three congregations. Pastor Melissa is a native Nebraskan who graduated from Midland Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth and Family Ministry. She received her Master of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. She was ordained in 2007 at her home church in Wayne, Nebraska and has been in full time pastoral ministry since. Pastor Melissa loves books and music of all kinds, especially musicals.
   

Laura Kiebler, Peace Kids Director

Laura began her career in childcare almost 10 years ago so she could be closer to her son.  She helped her previous center go from minimum licensing to Better Beginnings Level three. Her arrival at PeaceKids in July 2015 has given her an opportunity to help children in her community.  Her mission is to provide a family-like, Christian environment for all staff, families and their children.

   
Ernest Whitmore, Organist and Choir Director, is a longtime leader in the musical scene of Northwest Arkansas. He and other family members taught at John Brown University for many years, and he also teaches at the University of Arkansas. He studied organ performance at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, with special focus on the Lutheran heritage of sacred music.
   
Jeanette White, Praise Team Leader. Jeanette is a graduate of John Brown University in Worship and Music. She is leading the Praise Team and Musical aspects of our Contemporary Worship. She has a wide background in Christian Contemporary as well as Gospel and Spiritual music.

 
   
Cari Kaufman, Office Manager

Cari’s experiences run the gamut from military officer to stay-at-home mom and give her a unique perspective into everyday life. Cari graduated from the University of Arkansas and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army and spent four years serving her country in one of the most highly deployed units in the American military. She comes to us from Home Instead Senior Care, where she served the community as an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Educator.
Cari is the founder of Strings Attached Ministries and Captivating Heart Retreats and the author of the book, Living Life with Strings Attached. She is a highly sought after speaker and worship leader and leads retreats and church services around the country.
  Shalan Ziemianin , Finance Administrator

Shalan is a native of northwest Arkansas. She attends First Baptist Church– Rogers with her husband, Lonnie and her four children– Jacob, Tristen, Zachary, Allison. Shalan holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Webster University and brings a wealth of financial and business administration knowledge from her previous positions.

In her free time, Shalan is a Frontier Girls leader and active volunteer. She loves to craft and spend time with her three dogs, Stormy, Cheyenne and Maximus.
